Veronika Čechmánková is a contemporary artist. In her art she works in the fields of photography, object and installation. She focuses on the transformation over time of symbols and traditions and on the possibilities of their new meanings for the present. She graduated from the Studio of Photography and New Media, FAMU. She has exhibited at the Centre for Contemporary Art FUTURA, in Karlin Studios in Prague, and at the BF Artist Film Festival in London.
