Vladan Krumpl teaches Optical Basics of Photography and Digital Imaging at FAMU. Krumpl graduated from the University of Palacký, Olomouc, where he studied optics and precision mechanics. He has more than 20 years of experience in the area of photography and its digital processing. He works with Czech and foreign magazines, and has served as an expert consultant for National Geographic photography books. He also works as an image director at the Vltava Labe Media publishing house.
