Rules for individual study plan administration

  1. The ISP request is handed to the Head of Department by the Head of Studio
  2. The reasons for ISP are properly stated in the request, which is than confirmed by the Head of Studio
  3. The medical report or other documents should be attached to the request
  4. The request must contain also the list of subjects (from KOS), and the student’s proposal for fulfilling the study plan
  5. Another attachment is the agreement of teachers of the subjects that are to be postponed to the next academic year
  6. The subjects must be distributed into the two academic years proportionally – if this principle cannot be fulfilled, it is necessary to make the request for the interruption of study
  7. The heads of studios must make a commitment to accept the student again after expiring of the ISP, and to cooperate with the students on fulfilling the study plan properly
  8. The Head of Studio must ensure the clausura committee assessment of the semestral projects (communication with the department secretary)
  9. All the above documents must be presented to the Head of Department before he/​she makes the statement – it usually takes 14 days depending on the current agenda
  10. After handing the request to the Dean it takes 30 days maximum for the administration

The ISP requests must be applyed for during the semester period (not the exam period).
